Can the delivery driver contact me when they arrive?

We can’t guarantee that third-party delivery drivers will contact you upon arrival. In fact, most delivery companies do not allow their drivers to contact recipients directly for safety or security reasons. 

To ensure a smooth delivery, if there are any security, gate, or building codes, please include these details when you submit your order. While carriers do their best, they may not be able to accommodate specific delivery requests. If a delivery attempt fails, they’ll try again the next business day—up to 3 times—before returning the package to us.

But don't worry, we send you tracking information once the order is on the way, so you can use that to stay up-to-date with when to expect your package. You can also track your order in your Owner Portal account.
