Can I change or cancel an auto-refill order?`
You can modify or cancel an order as long as payment has not yet been processed.
Log into your Owner Portal account and navigate to the prescription you want to manage. Click "Manage refill schedule"

From here, you can snooze your upcoming refill.

Please note, even if you don't have an Owner Portal account, we will alert you 24 hours before payment is processed and your order is started. All you need to do is respond within 24 hours and we will take care of your request.
