How do I change the timing of my refill reminders? They are coming too soon or too late.

Refill reminders are calculated based on the prescription days supply or dosing schedule. Please know, we contact you in advance of the refill due date. To allow for enough time for us to process and ship the order, don't wait until the last minute!

For example, if the days supply is 30, you will be reminded about 20 days after you received your last refill of the medication to ensure that your refill arrives before you run out.
