What's the difference between the Owner Portal and eMix Account?

In a nutshell, our Owner Portal is for animal owners to manage all aspects of their animal's prescriptions. Any orders inputted through the Owner Portal requires approval from your veterinarian.

eMix, on the other hand, is for prescribers and their staff to submit and manage their client's prescriptions and any bill-and-ship to office orders. You must be a licensed veterinarian and/or work at a veterinary clinic to have an eMix account.

What is the Owner Portal?

Through the Owner Portal, animal owners can:

  • Request new prescriptions
  • Track orders
  • Manage refills and delivery schedules

  • Update account information including shipping addresses, payment methods, pet profiles and more

  • Access receipts and view order history
