Do I need my vet to approve my over-the-counter (OTC) order?

Nope! Unlike prescription orders, over-the-counter (OTC) items don't require prescriber approval and go straight into fulfillment. If your order includes both an OTC and a prescription item, the prescription portion will go through the standard approval process — but your OTC will be on its way as soon as you check out.
