Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because each medication is custom compounded specifically for an individual prescription, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been prepared or shipped. This policy helps maintain medication integrity, safety and regulatory compliance. Check out this article on what to do with unwanted medications.
 
Refunds may be offered in limited circumstances:
  • Quality concerns with the medication (e.g., damage, compounding error, or incorrect product)
  • If a pet passes away within 7 days of receiving the medication
In these situations, please contact our Care team within 7 days of delivery so we can review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.
Situations where refunds are not offered:
  • A pet refuses or dislikes the medication
  • Flavor preference concerns
  • Changes in treatment plan after the medication has been compounded
  • Medication is no longer needed
If your pet is having difficulty taking their medication, our team may be able to help with alternative flavors or dosage forms, depending on the prescription.
