How does Mixlab ensure the quality of its compounded medications?

At Mixlab, quality and safety are always a top priority. Every ingredient we use in our compounded medications is carefully reviewed to ensure it’s stable, compatible and appropriate for use according to USP guidelines.

We only source ingredients from FDA-registered facilities, and we receive and verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from each manufacturer before use. This process confirms the identity, purity and potency of every ingredient we compound.

We perform thorough testing to ensure the safety and quality of every compounded medication. We conduct internal sterility testing using dual media per USP guidelines on each batch. In addition, samples are sent to an independent FDA-registered analytical lab for potency, sterility, and endotoxin testing in accordance with USP <71> Sterility Test and USP <85> Bacterial Endotoxin guidelines.
