Does my animal's prescription qualify for auto-refill?

Not all prescriptions qualify for auto refills. To be eligible for our auto refill program, your prescription must have enough refills available to accommodate a repeating order. Prescriptions with short therapeutic windows or varying dose schedules, along with some controlled medications are not eligible. 

If your refill is eligible for auto refill, you'll see the option during check out. You'll also see the option to turn on auto refill in your Owner Portal.
