How do I create a Mixlab Account?

Whether you're an animal owner or prescriber, creating a Mixlab account helps you manage prescriptions with ease.

For Animal Owners: Owner Portal

You can create an Owner Portal account during checkout. The next time you have an active order and receive a text with a checkout link, you’ll have the option to create an account. Click “Create an account” during checkout, either before or after completing your order.

Note: our care team cannot create accounts for you even if you’ve ordered before. You’ll need to create an account by entering your email and creating a password at checkout.

Once your account is set up, you can log in anytime to:

• Request new prescriptions

• Manage refills and delivery schedules

• Update your account information

• Access receipts and order history

For Prescribers: eMix Account

Prescribers can request an eMix account for their practice here. eMix makes it easy to:

• Browse the full Mixlab catalog and view pricing

• Submit and reorder prescriptions

• Approve refills

• Track orders in real-time
