How do I get a copy of my receipt from a previous order?

For Animal Owners:

If you were billed for your order, you can find your receipt attached to your order confirmation email. You can also log in to your self-service account at portal.mixlab.com to obtain a receipt or view your order history.

1. Log in to portal.mixlab.com
2. Click "Orders"
3. Click into the specific order  to view your receipt
