How do I order a refill?
Ordering a refill is easy through your Owner Portal account. Log in at portal.mixlab.com/login (or create an account here if you are new) and navigate to your active prescriptions. From there, you can request a refill.

Please note, if your prescription is out of refills, we will contact your veterinarians for approval before we can process your request. You can also learn more about our auto refill program here.
