How do I reset my password?
For Animal Owners: Owner Portal
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Your Password" on the Owner Portal log in page and entering the email address associated with your account.
If you are logged into your Owner Portal account, you can change your password in your account settings.
- Click the person icon in the top right corner and click "Account"
- Click" Change Password"
- We'll send you an email to reset your password

For Prescriber: eMix
You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password?" on the eMix log in page or by visiting https://e.mixlab.com/forgot-password.

Enter the email address associated with your account and we'll email you a link to reset your password.
