How do I send my animal's prescription to Mixlab?

To send us your animal's prescription, browse our products and select the medication you need. When you're ready to submit a prescription request, log in to your Mixlab Owner Portal Account (or create one if you're new) to complete your order. Once submitted, we’ll reach out to your veterinarian for approval approval before we prepare your medication.

If you are already logged in to your Owner Portal Account, you can either shop our storefront or upload a digital copy of your prescription to start a new prescription request. We will then contact your veterinarian for approval.

Already have a prescription? Log in to your Owner Portal Account (or create an account) and upload a digital copy of your prescription here (under the prescriptions tab) to start a new request.
