How do I send my animal's prescription to Mixlab?

Sending your prescription to us is simple, and we have multiple options for your convenience.

1. The easiest way to submit a new prescription is through our Owner Portal. Your request goes straight to your prescriber to confirm before we can fill it.

3. Or text/call us at (888) 901-4480

4. Ask your prescriber to send us a prescription directly, or let us know who your prescriber is so we can get the prescription authorized for you.

If another pharmacy is currently filling your medication, fill out this form to let us know, and we’ll reach out to them to have the refills transferred. Once we receive your request, we’ll reach out to your prescriber to confirm the prescription.
