How do I track my order?

For Animal Owners (Client home-delivery)

We know how stressful it can be when your animal needs meds, so we make it a top priority to deliver their medication quickly. When you check out, you can select your delivery window preference.

Once your order has been prepared, purrfected and packaged, it will be scheduled for delivery and assigned tracking information. We'll send you a text or email with the tracking information when it's on the way!

Delivery is FREE: new prescriptions will arrive in 1-3 business days and refill orders are shipped to arrive in 3-5 business days (expedited same-day delivery is available in select markets for an additional fee).

If you're wondering, where is my order? We can help! As an animal owner, if you have a Mixlab Portal account, you can log in at portal.mixlab.com/login to check the delivery status under "Orders". As a reminder, we'll text or email you with tracking information when your order ships.
