How do I track orders?

For prescribers (In-office orders)

While we're known for home-delivery, we make it easy to order medications for in-office use (if applicable in your state). Office-use orders are shipped with free two-day shipping.

You can track the status of any order (client home-delivery or in-office orders) within eMix, our online prescriber platform, at e.mixlab.com under "Script history".

For your clients, we text/email them with the tracking information when their order is on the way. They can also log in to their Owner Portal account to check the delivery status under "Orders".
