How will I know if my client received their order?
eMix, our proprietary platform for prescribers, does more than just send prescriptions. In eMix, you can track every order in real-time, so you know where prescriptions are in the process. You’ll know when we’re preparing the order, when the order is en route and when the order has been delivered.

When your client checks out and pays for their order, they select their delivery window preference and will know when their order is expected to arrive. They can also create an Owner Portal account where they can track their order. New prescriptions will arrive in 1-3 business days and refill orders are shipped early to arrive in 3-5 business days. Clients have the option to expedite their orders for a fee in select markets.
