What are Mixlab's hours?

Our labs are open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time.

Our Customer Care Team is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET to assist with any questions or prescription needs.

For emergencies outside of business hours, Mixlab offers an after-hours line so you can always reach a member of our team when urgent help is needed.
