What happens after I submit a prescription for my client?
Once we receive the prescription, our veterinary pharmacists will review the details and reach back out to you if any additional information or clarification is needed. Once the prescription is processed, we will text your client with a checkout link to complete payment and schedule delivery. If your client prefers to speak on the phone, our Care team will happily give them a call.
