What happens after Mixlab receives my animal's prescription?

Once Mixlab receives your animal’s prescription, our veterinary pharmacists review it carefully and contact your prescriber to confirm all the details. After the prescription is approved and processed, you’ll receive a text with a secure link to complete checkout and schedule delivery.

If you have an Owner Portal account, you can track your prescription anytime under the “Prescriptions” tab to see its current status.
