What is the auto-refill program?

Mixlab’s auto-refill program helps ensure compliance and make it easier for your clients to manage their pets’ prescriptions. When a client enrolls in auto-refill, they receive 5% off every fill, and we ship their pet’s medication on a regular schedule to help ensure they never miss a dose. They can change, cancel or snooze a delivery any time. We also reach out 24 hours before their auto-refill is processed.

Not all prescriptions qualify for auto-refill.  To be eligible for our auto refill program, the prescription must have enough refills available to accommodate a repeating order. Prescriptions with short therapeutic windows or varying dose schedules, along with some controlled medications are not eligible.
