What is the auto-refill program and how do I sign up for auto-refill?

Mixlab’s auto-refill program is designed to make managing your pet’s ongoing medications easier, more reliable and more affordable. When you enroll in auto-refill, Mixlab prepares and ships your pet’s medication on a regular schedule, so you never have to worry about running out. Plus, you’ll save 5% on every refill.

Not all prescriptions qualify for auto-refills. See "Does my animal's prescription qualify for auto-refill?" for more information on eligibility.

Here’s how it works:

1. If your prescription is eligible, you'll see the option to enroll in auto refill during checkout. You can also go into your Owner Portal to turn it on.

2. Once opted in, all you need to do is keep your contact and payment information updated and enjoy 5% off your pet's medications. You can update or change your saved payment methods anytime by logging into your Owner Portal account.
3. Before each refill is due, we'll alert you 24 hours in advance to confirm the order before charging your card, so don't worry, saving a payment mehtod does not mean you'll be charged automatically without notice.

4. You can snooze or cancel your next refill at any time in your Owner Portal. Or you can reply to the alert within 24 hours, and our team will handle it for you.

5. We'll notify you when your prescription runs out of refills. Once your veterinarian sends in a new prescription, you can easily turn auto refill back on to continue saving.
